You may try Charms free of charge for 60 days with your own private account, however, this is not a free 2 months of service. Your service date starts from the date we create your account. Your trial account will auto-expire, unless we extend the trial or you request an invoice for activation. You may cancel your new account at any time during the first three months of use and request a full refund of any payments! There is no contract, and no obligation.
We create one primary login and password. You may create as many additional helper profiles as you need. We also create a parent/student login code, allowing view-only access to your program's on-line calendar and forms, a student's individual financial ledgers, checked-out uniforms and inventory, attendance and grades.
Data Conversion and Recovery:
Charms provides six import wizards to help you move your existing data into Charms without having to retype everything. However, if you would rather send us a data file, we would be happy to do the work at a rate of $75/hr.
If you should accidentally delete your student data, or need to review old/deleted data, we can arrange to load our backup files for you at the rate of $75/hr. The minimum cost for a data retrieval is $350.00.
Needless to say, we don't like doing either of these.
